Avanti Gold Secures Funding for African Gold Project

Valorem Resources (TSE:AGC) has released an update.

Avanti Gold Corp. has successfully completed the initial portion of its non-brokered private placement, raising over half a million Canadian dollars to fund its exploration activities and general corporate expenses. The financing also includes warrants for investors to purchase additional shares at a set price in the future. The company’s focus is on advancing its Misisi Project in Africa, which includes the significant Akyanga gold deposit.
