AVANT GROUP CORPORATION has announced the acquisition of 106,200 of its own shares, totaling 147.8 million yen, executed between August 1 and August 30, 2024, as part of a share buy-back scheme. The Board of Directors had previously resolved to acquire up to 1.2 million shares for a maximum of 1 billion yen in the period from May 1 to November 30, 2024. To date, the company has purchased a cumulative total of 615,600 shares, amounting to approximately 828.9 million yen.
