AVANT GROUP CORPORATION has announced the completion of a share buy-back, acquiring 145,300 shares for a total of 203,452,989 yen between July 1 and July 31, 2024. This buy-back is part of a larger Board-approved program, running from May 1 to November 30, 2024, allowing for the purchase of up to 1.2 million shares, with a maximum expenditure of 1 billion yen. As of July 31, 509,400 shares have been acquired under this program for a total of 681,088,174 yen.
