Avant Brands Shareholders Elect Directors, Re-appoint Auditor

Avant Brands (TSE:AVNT) has released an update.

Avant Brands Inc. held its annual general meeting, with over 14% of its total issued and outstanding common shares represented. Shareholders elected six director nominees and re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP as the company’s auditor. Notably, Mr. Michael Blady withdrew his candidacy for re-election as Director prior to the meeting.
