Avant Brands Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising over $2.39 million through the issue of more than 28 million units at $0.085 each. These units include a common share and a purchase warrant, with the latter allowing the holder to buy additional shares at $0.12 for the next 36 months. The funds raised are set to bolster the company’s working capital and support general corporate activities.
