Avangrid Service Company has finalized a separation agreement with Catherine S. Stempien, former President and CEO of Avangrid Networks, following her announced resignation. Stempien will receive $1.53 million as part of the agreement. Details of the agreement will be disclosed in Avangrid’s upcoming quarterly report.
