W. Edward Walter is set to retire from the Board of Directors at the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, marking an end to his service since 2008. His retirement aligns with the company’s term limit policies, and it’s noted that his departure is not due to any disagreements with the company. Walter’s contributions during his tenure include roles as Lead Independent Director and chairing both the Compensation and Investment and Finance Committees.
