Avada Group Limited has reported a significant turnaround with a 126.8% increase in profit after tax, reaching $1,511,000 for the year ended June 30, 2024, compared to a loss in the previous year. This financial improvement reflects organic growth and the successful acquisitions of STA Traffic Management Pty Ltd and adjustments in contingent consideration for other acquisitions. Despite these positive results, the company will not be issuing dividends for the year.
