AVADA, with significant operations across Australia and New Zealand and a workforce of 2,000, remains a prominent player in traffic management and civil sectors. Crowley’s acquisition of an additional 19,438 ordinary shares adjusts his total interest in the company, further aligning his interests with those of the shareholders.
