Ava Risk Group Director’s Interest Alters

Ava Risk Group Ltd. (AU:AVA) has released an update.

Ava Risk Group Limited has announced a change in the director’s interest notice, indicating that David Lachlan Cronin, both a director and shareholder of a related party of Pandon Holdings Pte Limited, has experienced a lapse in performance rights leading to the disposal of 200,000 performance rights. Cronin and Pandon Holdings Pte Limited now hold 1,799,989 and 31,950,717 fully paid ordinary shares respectively, post-change.
