Ava Risk Group Ltd. has announced a change in the holdings of director Mark Stevens. Stevens, through his indirect interest via Teenj Pty Ltd ATF Stevens Super Fund, acquired an additional 230,769 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at $0.13 per share, participating in the Company’s Share Purchase Plan. Following the transaction, the Super Fund’s total holding amounts to 902,785 shares, with no shares disposed of during the process.
