Ava Risk Group Ltd has announced a change in the holdings of director Malcolm Maginnis, with a lapse of 435,816 Performance Rights. Prior to the change, Maginnis held 343,333 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and 2,102,483 Performance Rights. After the change, his holdings are now 343,333 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and 1,666,667 Performance Rights.
