Auxico Resources Canada Inc. has announced the immediate resignation of Kenneth ‘Buzz’ West from its Board of Directors due to his new role as Chair of a UK-based fund. West’s departure is attributed to the intensive demands of his new position, which prevent him from fulfilling his duties at Auxico. The company has expressed its gratitude for West’s contributions and wished him success in his future endeavors.
