AUX International Holdings Limited has announced their Annual General Meeting to be held on August 23, 2024, where they will adopt audited financial statements, re-elect and elect directors, and re-appoint KPMG as auditors. The AGM will also review and potentially approve the Directors’ authority to issue additional shares and deal with company securities, with a cap set at 20% of the current issued shares.
