Autostrade Meridionali Approves 2025 Draft Accounts as Liquidation Progresses

Autostrade Meridionali’s Sole Liquidator has approved the draft annual financial report for 2025, including interim liquidation financial statements and the management report prepared under IFRS, with shareholder approval scheduled for mid-April. The documents will be published after completion of ongoing audit work, marking a further step in the orderly liquidation process and corporate governance transparency while the company settles its remaining obligations.

In 2025 the company’s activities centered on administrative and liquidation tasks, such as settling and paying debts, liquidating assets, collecting receivables from past motorway operations, and managing outstanding contracts and legal disputes. The year closed with a loss of €459,000 versus a €337,000 profit in 2024, mainly due to operating costs, and the board will propose fully covering the loss by drawing on a revaluation reserve, with no apparent immediate cash impact on shareholders beyond reserve reduction.
