Autosports Group Welcomes New Director, Bids Farewell to Founding Member

Autosports Group Ltd (AU:ASG) has released an update.

Autosports Group Limited has announced the appointment of Gareth Turner as a new independent Non-Executive Director, with roles in the Audit and Risk Committee, and the People and Remuneration Committee. Turner brings valuable experience from senior roles in the telecommunications and technology sectors to the Autosports Group Board. Concurrently, the company bids farewell to Robert Quant, a founding Director, who will retire at the end of the 2024 Annual General Meeting after eight years of service.
