Autosports Group Limited has announced the appointment of Gareth Michael Turner as a director on 9 August 2024. Upon his appointment, Turner does not hold any securities in the company nor does he have interests in any contracts with the entity, as disclosed in compliance with listing rule 3.19A.1 and the Corporations Act.
