Auto Italia Holdings Limited has announced a change of its share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong to Tricor Investor Services Limited, effective from 30 October 2024. Shareholders will need to lodge transfer of shares and collect unclaimed share certificates with the new registrar starting from that date.
