Autins Group plc, a leading UK and European manufacturer of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions, has announced the immediate appointment of Dr. Qu Li as a non-executive director. Dr. Li brings over three decades of experience in corporate mergers, acquisitions, and investments, primarily in the automotive industry, and currently serves as CEO of Morris Commercial Ltd. Her appointment is supported by Braveheart Investment Group PLC, which holds a significant share of Autins and will cover the costs associated with her directorship.
