Auswide Bank Ltd has announced the issue of 3 million new shares at A$4.00 each to institutional investors, following a successful institutional placement. This move comes ahead of a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) offer slated for August 26, 2024, details of which will be provided in an SPP booklet to eligible shareholders. The bank asserts compliance with relevant sections of the Corporations Act and confirms that no disclosure exemptions were applied for in the issuance of these new shares.
