Auswide Bank Ltd has successfully completed a $12 million institutional placement at a discounted offer price, aiming to raise funds for capital requirements and acquisition-related costs, including the purchase of SME asset finance lender, Specialist Equipment Leasing Finance Company Pty Ltd (Selfco). The bank also announced unaudited financial results and a merger with MyState Limited, which is expected to enhance shareholder value. Additionally, a Share Purchase Plan for eligible shareholders was introduced, offering new shares at the same discounted price without transaction costs.
