At the recent Annual General Meeting, Australis Oil & Gas Ltd. successfully passed 10 out of 11 proposed resolutions, with significant support for executive remuneration and director re-elections. Notably, the motion to elect Mr. Kirk Barrell as a director was the only resolution not approved by the shareholders. The voting results demonstrated overwhelming favor for the company’s proposed actions, except for the aforementioned directorship appointment.
