Australis Oil & Gas Ltd has disclosed a significant change in the interests of Director Graham Dowland, with an acquisition of 4,689,142 Performance Rights, adjusting his total stakes in the company. Prior to this change, Dowland and associated entities held over 37 million shares and performance rights combined. No disposal of securities occurred during this change and the transactions involved no cash consideration.
