AustralianSuper Pty Ltd has emerged as a substantial shareholder in Vicinity Centres, acquiring a 5.02% stake with 228,656,188 ordinary shares as indicated in their latest filing. This move, effective from July 26, 2024, demonstrates AustralianSuper’s significant investment and interest in the retail property group.
