Australian Vintage Limited has announced the appointment of Elaine Teh as a director effective from 23 August 2024. According to the initial director’s interest notice submitted to the ASX, Ms. Teh currently holds no securities in the company. The notice, which is a standard regulatory requirement, provides transparency on a director’s financial interests in the company they govern.
