Peter James Perrin, a director at Australian Vintage Limited, has increased his indirect holdings in the company by 75,445 ordinary shares through participation in the Retail Entitlement Offer, bringing his total to 339,502 shares valued at $15,089. There were no disposals of shares and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
