Australian Vintage Limited director John Douglas Davies has increased his indirect stake in the company through the participation in the Retail Entitlement Offer announced on 11 June 2024. Davies, through Lake Cooper Holdings Pty Ltd as trustee for the Lake Cooper Super Fund, acquired an additional 200,000 ordinary shares at a total value of $40,000, raising his total holdings to 900,000 shares.
