Australian Oilseids Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of BDO Audit Pty Ltd. as its new auditor to oversee the company’s financial statements from the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, onwards. This decision follows the dismissal of the previous auditor, BF Borgers CPA PC, and has been approved by the company’s Audit Committee and Board. The change in the company’s certifying accountant is detailed in their recent Form 6-K filing with the SEC.
