Australian Mines Limited has announced the issuance of 88,235,300 Placement Options to sophisticated investors and 20,000,000 Lead Manager Options to GBA Capital, both exercisable at $0.032 and valid for three years. These options, which stem from the company’s placement announced on 26 February 2024, will not raise additional funds. The offer is exclusive to placement participants and is considered highly speculative.
