Australian Dairy Nutritionals Welcomes New Director

Australian Dairy Nutritionals Group (AU:AHF) has released an update.

Australian Dairy Nutritionals Limited has announced the appointment of Peter Skene as a director effective from April 10, 2024. Mr. Skene, along with Lynne Nicole Skene, holds a substantial interest in the company, with 5,033,951 and 3,040,000 fully paid ordinary shares through the Skene Superfund A/C and Skene Family A/C, respectively. No director’s interests in contracts were reported.
