Australian Dairy Director’s Shareholding Shift

Australian Dairy Nutritionals Group (AU:AHF) has released an update.

Australian Dairy Nutritionals Group has disclosed a significant change in the holdings of director Peter Nathan, who through indirect interests acquired over 4.3 million fully paid ordinary shares in the company, with the transactions occurring on-market between 13th and 16th September 2024. Notably, no securities were disposed of in the process, resulting in Nathcorp Holdings Pty Ltd holding 3,160,000 shares and Spectre Investments Vic Pty Ltd holding 1,140,000 shares after the changes.
