Australia United Mining Limited has partnered with MinRex Resources in a joint venture to develop the Sofala Project in New South Wales, with MinRex earning a 51% interest by investing $750,000 over three years. The project, located near historical gold production sites, did not see any work this quarter, but MinRex covered the $13,000 exploration costs incurred. Together, they aim to advance exploration on the gold prospects within the region.
