Austral Resources Australia Ltd announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 Annual General Meeting, including the adoption of the 2023 Remuneration Report which faced opposition but did not prevent the ‘first strike’. Other key resolutions included the re-election of Director M Hansel, the adoption of performance and share option plans, and the approval of a 10% additional placement capacity, all of which received overwhelming support.
