Aussie Broadband Limited (ABB) has sold all of its shares in Superloop Limited (SLC), ceasing to be a substantial holder as of September 3, 2024. The transaction involved the sale of 60,122,667 shares at a price of $1.66 per share. This significant change in shareholding was formally reported by ABB’s Company Secretary, Cheryl Cai, on September 4, 2024.
