Aussie Broadband Director’s Stake Increases

Aussie Broadband Ltd. (AU:ABB) has released an update.

Aussie Broadband Ltd. has notified the ASX of a change in Director Adrian Fitzpatrick’s interests, where he acquired 14,220 FY25 NED Rights at a value of $3.516 each, with no disposal of securities. The change, dated September 17, 2024, was part of the Non-executive Director Fee Sacrifice Plan Rules, leaving Fitzpatrick with a total of 57,984 ordinary shares and the newly acquired rights.
