Aussie Broadband Director’s Share Conversion

Aussie Broadband Ltd. (AU:ABB) has released an update.

Aussie Broadband Ltd. has reported a change in the holdings of director Richard Dammery, who, through the Aestel Pty Ltd , converted 5,112 FY24 NED Rights into ordinary shares at a value of $2.93 per share. Following the conversion, the trust now holds 129,802 ordinary shares. The transaction was executed in accordance with the Non-executive Director Fee Sacrifice Plan Rules.
