Aussie Broadband Director’s Interest Altered

Aussie Broadband Ltd. (AU:ABB) has released an update.

Aussie Broadband Limited has notified the ASX of a change in the interests of director Susan Klose, as of 17 September 2024, under listing rule 3.19A.2. Klose acquired an additional 12,360 FY25 NED Rights at a value of $3.516 each, without disposing of any securities, maintaining her hold of 5,419 ordinary shares. The change is part of the Non-executive Director Fee Sacrifice Plan Rules and did not involve any trades during a closed period.
