Aussie Broadband Director Converts Rights into Shares

Aussie Broadband Ltd. (AU:ABB) has released an update.

Aussie Broadband Limited has reported a change in Director Susan Klose’s interests, indicating she has converted 5,419 FY24 NED Rights into Ordinary Shares at a value of $2.93 per share. This change, part of the Non-executive Director Fee Sacrifice Plan Rules, leaves Klose holding the same number of Ordinary Shares post-conversion, with no interests in contracts altered.
