Ausnutria Dairy Corp. Ltd. has announced its acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Dairy Protein Cooperation for a cash consideration of EUR 1.0, taking it to full ownership post-completion. In addition to the purchase price, Ausnutria will repay a EUR 2.0 million shareholder loan plus interest on behalf of the acquired entity. This transaction is set to consolidate Dairy Protein Cooperation’s financials into Ausnutria’s, following arm’s length negotiations that factored in various financial aspects of Dairy Protein Cooperation.
