Ausnutria Completes Acquisition of Amalthea Group

Ausnutria Dairy Corp. Ltd. (HK:1717) has released an update.

Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd has announced the completion of its acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in the Amalthea Group, for a purchase price of approximately EUR 22.1 million (HK$185.4 million), making Amalthea a wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition is contingent on the approval of competition authorities and an audit of Amalthea’s financial statements for 2022 and 2023, as well as required Chinese regulatory approvals. Upon fulfillment of these conditions, Amalthea’s financials will be fully consolidated into Ausnutria’s financial statements.
