Ausmon Director Recovers Fraudulently Transferred Shares

Ausmon Resources Limited (AU:AOA) has released an update.

John Wang, Director of Ausmon Resources Limited, has significantly increased his stake in the company through the restitution of 15 million shares previously involved in a fraudulent transfer. Following the correction, Wang now directly holds over 31 million shares, with an additional indirect interest through the JMWang Family Trust and John Wang & Co Pty Ltd, reinforcing his substantial position in the company.
