Ausgold Director Acquires 15M Performance Rights

Ausgold Limited (AU:AUC) has released an update.

Mark Barlow Turner, director of Ausgold Limited, has acquired 15 million performance rights as per the company’s latest filing with the ASX. This significant change in director’s interest follows approval from the company’s General Meeting on July 24, 2024. Prior to this transaction, Turner did not hold any securities in the company.
