Aus Tin Mining Limited has finalized its 100% acquisition of Renison Coal P/L, gaining full ownership of the Ashford Coking Coal Project, and sold its Granville Tin Project subsidiary to Spero Mining P/L. The company is actively preparing its Environmental Impact Study for the Ashford project and continues to compile historical geological data for the Kildanga Nickel/Cobalt Project. Additionally, they’ve secured a $1.1m bridging loan for short-term capital needs, including the purchase of the Ashford coal project.
