Aurumin Ltd. ( (AU:AUN) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Aurumin Limited, a company listed on the ASX, has completed a scheme of arrangement where Brightstar Resources Limited will acquire all of Aurumin’s shares. This transaction involves the cancellation of Aurumin’s options in exchange for new Brightstar options. As part of the implementation, all shares and options have been transferred, and new directors and a company secretary have been appointed. Aurumin will be removed from the ASX official list, and it will not hold its annual general meeting for the financial year ended June 2025.
