Aurum Resources Limited has opened a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to raise up to $3 million by offering existing eligible shareholders the opportunity to buy new shares at $0.33 each, with a maximum individual purchase limit of A$30,000. The offer, which is exclusive to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, is outlined in an SPP Booklet and applications are due by 10 July 2024. Shareholders can access all relevant documents and submit their applications electronically through the Automic share registry platform.
