Aurora Investment Trust PLC (GB:ARR) has released an update.
Aurora Investment Trust PLC has issued 41,891 new ordinary shares to its Investment Manager, Phoenix Asset Management Partners Limited, as part of the final settlement of a performance fee. The new shares were priced based on the Net Asset Value per share as of April 26, 2024, and will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market. These shares will also be subject to a 36-month lock-in and clawback period, and following the issue, the company’s total issued share capital is 76,292,724 ordinary shares.
