Aurora Investment Trust PLC has disclosed its total number of ordinary shares and voting rights as of April 30, 2024, which amount to 76,250,833. The company also announced the issuance of 41,891 new shares, which, upon their admission on May 9, 2024, will increase the total shares and voting rights to 76,292,724.
