Aurion Resources Ltd. has announced a private placement offering to raise up to CAD$5.0 million by selling common shares, with an additional option to increase proceeds by CAD$1.0 million. The funds will support the development of Aurion’s Risti property in Finland and for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close by August 7, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
