Aurion Resources Ltd. has engaged in preliminary discussions with Rupert Resources Ltd. regarding a potential transaction, but no agreement has been made. Aurion’s CEO, Matti Talikka, has expressed optimism about the value such a partnership could bring to all involved, particularly in relation to the Risti project and other significant investments in Northern Finland. The company promises to keep stakeholders updated in compliance with securities laws.
