Aurion Resources Ltd. has received a proposal from Rupert Resources Ltd. for the acquisition of B2Gold Corp.’s 70% stake in their joint venture, which owns assets in Finland’s Central Lapland Greenstone Belt. The deal, valued at C$102.8 million, is contingent on several conditions, including regulatory approvals. Aurion is considering whether to exercise its right of first refusal on the offer and plans to provide market updates soon.
